SGR1103黑液專用阻垢分散劑是由有機膦酸鹽、膦羧酸、聚羧酸類阻垢分散劑、降粘劑、表面活性劑等組成。該產(chǎn)品能有效的抑制碳酸鹽、銹蝕產(chǎn)物、硫酸鹽或硅酸鹽等結(jié)垢。作為最新研發(fā)的高性能阻垢分散劑，它可以同時與黑液中的硅、草酸鹽、各種糖類發(fā)生反應使其失去粘性，使之不易在蒸發(fā)器表面沉淀附著。分散劑還會與蒸發(fā)器表面所結(jié)污垢發(fā)生化學反應，使老垢溶解脫落，達到清除老垢的目的。保證了蒸發(fā)器表面清潔無垢，提高熱傳導速度，增效節(jié)能，效益明顯。
一、黑液蒸發(fā)器阻垢劑性能特點：
廣譜性:對抑制碳酸鹽、銹蝕產(chǎn)物、硫酸鹽或硅酸鹽的析出或沉淀有很好的效果。
降粘性:使黑液中的鈣、鎂、硅等成垢離子最大限度的分散，增加抗沉淀性和流動性，使之不宜在蒸發(fā)器表面沉淀附著，而保持蒸發(fā)器表面清潔無垢。
運行除垢:與蒸發(fā)器表面所結(jié)污垢發(fā)生化學反應，使老垢溶解脫落，達到清除老垢的目的。
二、黑液蒸發(fā)器阻垢劑理化指標：
將SGR1103黑液專用阻垢分散劑在加藥罐中稀釋后通過計量泵，按計量隨黑液一起加入蒸發(fā)器中。此藥劑稀釋后不宜久存，應現(xiàn)用現(xiàn)配。一般用量為20～50克/噸黑液。
包裝與貯存
SGR1103黑液專用阻垢分散劑為塑料桶包裝，每桶25kg或由用戶確定。貯存期為十二個月。
安全與防護
SGR1103黑液專用阻垢分散劑為中性或弱堿性，操作時佩戴眼鏡手套，避免與皮膚、眼睛等接觸，接觸后用大量清水沖洗。

Through chelating capacity enhancement and lattice rhetoric, the agent can achieve scale resistance. The dispersant will also chemically react with the dirt on the surface of the evaporator, so that it is not easy to precipitate and attach on the surface of the evaporator and peel off the old scale. Ensure the surface cleaning of the evaporator, improve the heat conduction speed, and prolong the service life and cleaning cycle of the equipment.
It is effective to inhibiting the precipitation or precipitation of carbonate, rust products, sulfate or silicate.

The SGR-1103 special scale resistance dispersant is diluted in the dosing tank through the metering pump, and it is added to the evaporator together with the papermaking wastewater according to the measurement, or the stock liquid can also be added directly. The general dosage is from 30 to 50 ppm.
4. Packaging and storage and transportation
(1) This product is packaged in plastic bucket, 25 Kg / barrel, 1t / barrel or determined according to customer needs.
(2) The product is stored in a dark, ventilated warehouse, and far away from the fire and high temperature, the storage temperature should not exceed 30℃.
(3) with flammable, combustible, acid, alkali and other substances, avoid mixed storage.
(4) The storage area shall be equipped with leakage emergency treatment equipment and suitable receiving materials.
5. Safety and protection
(1) Avoid inhalation and feeding, operators must wear protective glasses, acid-alkali proof gloves, protective masks and working caps, and wear acid-alkali proof protective clothing when necessary.
(2) Do not eat or drink water during work, pay attention to ventilation or local air exhaust, and wash hands with soap and water after work.
(3) Prevent collision during loading and unloading, pay attention to sealing, and prevent damage to packaging and containers.
(4) In the loading and unloading process, brutal loading and unloading should be prohibited to ensure that the container does not leak, collapse, fall or damage, and prevent the solution from splashing out in the loading and unloading process.
