使用方法：在有條件時，可增設(shè)專用的停用防銹劑的加藥系統(tǒng)（配備較大出力的加藥泵和溶液箱）。在無條件增設(shè)專用加藥系統(tǒng)時，可利用原有的給水加聯(lián)氨系統(tǒng)和加磷酸鹽系統(tǒng)。

具體使用操作程序：

①在機組滑停操作前，停止向爐水加磷酸鹽以及停止向給水加聯(lián)氨；

②在確定機組滑停操作開始后，滑停至合適的熱力參數(shù)，如汽包壓力8-9MPa，相應飽和溫度300℃左右，過熱蒸汽溫度不高于500℃時，啟動相關(guān)加藥泵或相關(guān)閥門，向給水及爐水同時加入停爐保護劑，并在預定時間內(nèi)加完藥液；

③藥液加完后，用除鹽水沖洗溶液箱及加藥系統(tǒng)管道，盡可能在次熱力參數(shù)下穩(wěn)定運行兩小時，機組按正常停機過程滑停，并熱爐排放爐水；

④按水汽系統(tǒng)的水容積計算，加藥量150-250mg/L（按有效濃度計算）。。

包裝與貯運：

25kg或50kg的塑料桶包裝；在陰涼干燥處存放，并遠離氧化劑和酸性物質(zhì)。停爐保護劑在運輸與存儲過程中，必須嚴格防止受污染和混入雜質(zhì)，室溫存儲12月以內(nèi)。
